WHAT IS A PHOBIA

There is not just one type of phobia. Fear or phobia can show itself in many different ways and it also varies in intensity. Sometimes you may only feel a little bit uncomfortable. If more intense your fear may become a full blown phobia.

You may not be aware of it but a lot of people have some kind of fear or phobia. Fear is stopping them from reaching their full potential in life, business or their relationships.

FEAR OF SUCCESS

    Just remember that FEAR is just:

  • False

  • Evidence

  • Appearing

  • Real

There is no need to be embarrassed or try to hide the fact that you suffer from a phobia or intense fear.

The type of phobia that one person suffers from is very different from what somebody else may be intensely fearful about.

TYPE OF PHOBIA

Fear of public speaking, fear of heights, fear of making phone calls, fear of meeting new people, fear of criticism, fear of being judged, fear of success, fear of failure…

The list of types of phobias goes on: fear of rejection, fear of dogs, fear of flying, fear of commitment...

You could develop a phobia about anything. As you know any type of phobia or fear can paralyse you and stop you from achieving your goals.
